Eļzana Šaripova is a pianist and composer born in Riga in 2004. She began studying piano at the age of five, graduated from the Emīls Dārziņš Music School, and is currently continuing her studies at the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music. Eļzana actively participates in concerts, competitions, masterclasses, and international projects.
One of the most significant recent achievements has been her performance with the Liepāja Symphony Orchestra, where she performed Maurice Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G major. At the beginning of the year, the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra also performed her original composition “Uz Viļņa”.
An important experience was her participation in the final of the international Prix Annelie de Man competition in Amsterdam (2025), where her original composition for harpsichord and kokle was performed. Her work as a collaborative pianist in the production of Francis Poulenc’s opera “La Voix humaine” (2025) also provided valuable experience in the field of stage performance.
In composition, Eļzana has achieved success at the “Skaņuraksti Ādažos” competition, receiving 1st place (2022), 2nd place at the Pēteris Vasks Competition (2024), and a nomination for the Pēteris Plakidis Award (2025). Her compositions have been performed in various professional projects in Latvia.
Her concert activities have also brought recognition in competitions: she received 1st place at the VII Vilnius International Youth Music Competition “Premio Scarlatti” (2024), as well as awards at the Inese Galante Talents Competition and the Ilze Graubiņa Piano Competition.
Alongside concert performances and competitions, Eļzana takes part in masterclasses and international projects, including the “Masterclasses for Young Baltic Composers” in Madona (2021–2023), the BIP project at the Milan Conservatory, and Keep an Eye Jazz masterclasses in Amsterdam (2025).
Eļzana Šaripova ir 2004. gadā Rīgā dzimusi pianiste un komponiste. Klavierspēli viņa uzsāka piecu gadu vecumā, absolvējusi Emīla Dārziņa mūzikas skolu un šobrīd turpina studijas Jāzepa Vītola Latvijas Mūzikas akadēmijā. Eļzana aktīvi piedalās koncertos, konkursos, meistarklasēs un starptautiskos projektos.
Viens no nozīmīgākajiem pēdējā laika sasniegumiem ir uzstāšanās kopā ar Liepājas Simfonisko orķestri, atskaņojot Morisa Ravēla Sol mažora klavierkoncertu. Savukārt gada sākumā Latvijas Nacionālais simfoniskais orķestris atskaņoja viņas pašas komponēto skaņdarbu “Uz Viļņa”.
Nozīmīga pieredze bija dalība starptautiskā konkursa Prix Annelie de Man finālā Amsterdamā (2025), kur tika atskaņots pašas radīts skaņdarbs klavesīnam un koklei. Plašāku skatījumu uz skatuves mākslu sniedza darbs kā koncertmeistarei Francis Poulenc operas “La Voix humaine” iestudējumā (2025).
Kompozīcijā gūti panākumi konkursa “Skaņuraksti Ādažos” ietvaros — iegūta 1. vieta (2022), 2. vieta Pētera Vaska konkursā (2024), kā arī nominācija Pētera Plakida balvai (2025). Viņas skaņdarbi atskaņoti dažādos profesionālos projektos Latvijā.
Koncertdarbībā nozīmīgu vietu ieņem arī panākumi konkursos: VII Vilnius International Youth Music Competition “Premio Scarlatti” iegūta 1. vieta (2024), kā arī saņemtas godalgas Ineses Galantes talantu un Ilzes Graubiņas pianistu konkursos.
Papildus koncertdarbībai un konkursiem Eļzana piedalās meistarklasēs un starptautiskos projektos, tostarp “Meistarklasēs Baltijas jaunajiem komponistiem” Madonā (2021–2023), BIP projektā Milānas konservatorijā un Keep an Eye jazz meistarklasēs Amsterdamā (2025).
